Texas Rider was created as an integral part of the concept album "Desert of My Life" by Victor Sorrow.
This album is a unique musical experience, a proper radio performance in which acoustic songs unfold like scenes, intertwined with conversation and confession, all “broadcast live” from a studio in the middle of nowhere.
For this project, a fictional radio station was created: K-Hole 66.6 FM, transmitting from the sands of the imaginary town of El Camino, Texas. It's psychedelic motto echoes through the airwaves: “K-Hole FM - Do We Exist?” At the heart of the station lies its legendary program: “Music Dessert from the Desert with Hermione Ranger” [with well-known El Paso radio presenter Amber Banda stepping into the role of Hermione Ranger].
